In 2014, Belarus Oil Company has increased oil products supplies to Ukraine to 3.5 – 4 million tons, the Vice CEO of the company, V. Krasnyansky says. He claims that Russia’s role in Belarus oil products exports increases, and now the Ukrainian and the Russian market are comparable. Two years ago the Russian market was volatile and disconnected with the global rates.
