Investment allocated to the second stage of the construction of the Yaya oil refinery will be 30 billion rubles

The start and assembling work is over at the Yaya oil refinery; now the enterprise start operating in the working mode and before 2013 it’s going to refine 2 million tons of crude oil. Now they have got the license at the Federal Service for ecological, technological and nuclear supervision for operation of the enterprise. The projected capacity is 3 million tons annually at the first stage.
