Kazakhstan Oil and Gas Refining Russia Petrochemicals Sibur Kazakhstan Oil and Gas Russia Oil and Gas Gazpromneft Production and Refining
PJSC "SIBUR Holding", LLC "Gazpromneft - Bituminous Materials" and "Kazakhstan Road Research Institute" ("KazdorNII") signed an agreement on cooperation in the sphere of legal and technical regulation of the use of bituminous polymeric materials in road sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The document was signed by the president of "KazdorNII" Bagdat Teltaevym, Director General of "Gazpromneft - Bituminous Materials" Dmitriy Orlov and director of product management and sales management of synthetic rubbers of SIBUR Vladislav Ionov.
