In January-May, oil export from Russia to non-CIS states fell by 2.4%

In January-May of 2014, export of Russian oil to non-CIS countries made up 85.101 million tons (4.131 million barrels per day) that is by 2.4 % less than in 2013, the Interfax reports, referring to the Central Dispatch Department of the Fuel and Energy Sector.

In May of the current year, Russia exported 17.219 million tons (4.071 million barrels per day) that is by 3.8% less than in May of 2013.
