The company "Golden Derrick" sued its stake in the company of Poltava "Gas Resource", the decision of the Economic Court of Poltava region dated March 19 informs.
According to the statute of LLC "Company "Gas Resource", its founders are LLC "Golden Derrick" with a capital contribution of 600 UAH, which is 60% of the share capital of the enterprise, and LLC "Geotehkonsalting" with a contribution of 400 UAH (40%).
