In the near future, Norilsk will hold the public hearings for allocation of the land lots for construction of a combine. Now the city actively discuss entrance to the region of the second mining and metallurgical giant, Russian Platinum. The company holds the licenses for development of 2 deposits, Chyornaya Gora and the southern part of Norilsk-1. It also possesses the project for the State Expertise.
