China Petrol Company Zhongda, which builds an oil refinery of 850 thousand tons of oil production a year, is about to reach rated capacity in October 2013.

Under the accepted obligations the Chinese company is to transfer approximately $20 million of tax and other payments to the budget of Kirgizia before the end of 2013.
