Tatneft has approved a list of candidates to the new Board of Directors

​Tatneft has approved a new list of candidates to the Board of Directors, the company’s press service reports. The new membership of the Board is planned to be elected at the annual meeting of shareholders on June 26th.

Out of 15 candidates to the Board, 11 people are the existing members of the Board. Among them are: CEO of Tatneft, N. Maganov, ex-head of the company, Sh. Takhautdinov, Minister of Finance of Tatarstan, R. Gayzatullin, first deputy CEO for production- chief engineer of Tatneft, N. Ibragimov, consultant of the President of Tatarstan for the issues of development of oil and oil and gas deposits, R. Muslimov, assistant to the President of Tatarstan, R. Sabirov.

There are also existing members of the Board in the list: CEO of Szyazneftechem, V. Sorokin, head of NGDU Almetievneft, M. Taziev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of Tatarstan, A. Khamaev, deputy CEO –chief geologist of Tatneft, R. Khisamov, head of the programs for direct private investment into FIDES Business Partner, Sh. Rene.
