Gazprom Neft plans to increase extraction in 2016-2017

​Gazprom Neft plans to increase extraction in 2016-2017, financial director, A. Yankevich, said.

In 2015 Gazprom Neft extracted almost 80 mln tons of oil equivalent. Mr. Yankevich said that the critical oil price at which it is more profitable not to extract raw materials is lower than $15/barrel. The company’s new projects are profitable at $30.

Gazprom has a variant of it budget at the oil price of $35/barrel, the plan for $20-25 is being worked out, the first deputy head of the financial-economic department, I. Shatalov, said. He said that the rouble’s fall smoothes the effect of the price fall for oil and gas.
