Yamal LNG to issue bonds for $ 4.6 billion to the RF Ministry of Finance.

The Board of Directors of the Yamal LNG decided to place 2 bond issues for $ 2.3 billion.
According to the company's plans, the RF Ministry of Finance will be the buyer. Yamal LNG also intends to gain 150 billion roubles from the NWF in two equal tranches because of the possibility of the issues incomplete placement.
Lets recall that the company's budget for 2015 is approximately equal to the size of the investments made during the existence of the project, including 2014: - a little more than $8 billion.
On January 23rd, 2015 L.Mihelson, the Chairman of the Board, stated that the project had quite a complicated financing scheme and the share of Novatek in the borrowing was less than the proportion of its partners.
