First Vice-President of Lukoil, V. Nekrasov, purchased company’s shares for 11.8 mln roubles

The First Vice-President and a member of Lukoil’s Board, V. Nekrasov, has purchased the company’s shares for 11.8 mln roubles, the company reports.
The deal was carried out on Jan 28th.
The largest shareholders of Lukoil are V. Alekperov (20.9%), L. Fedun (about 10%), structures of IFD Capital (about 8%), affiliate Lukoil Investment Cyprus (9.2%).
