Sistema’s application on remove an attachment from Bashneft’s shares to be considered on December, 2

The Moscow Commercial Court will consider AFK Sistema’s application, in which the company asks to remove the arrest from Bashneft’s shares, imposed as interim measures on the suit for the recovery of these shares in favour of the state, on December 2nd.

"The application for abolishment of interim measures was appointed to review on December 2nd, without summoning the parties," - said the court’s representative Elena Fortunatova.
