Rosgeologiya starts winter field works on the promising -Western-Yiskaya area

Under the state contract, Irkutskgeofizika has started field works of the new winter season at the Western-Yiskaya area. The project is located in the Irkutsk region and, in addition, it is very promising from the viewpoint of hydrocarbons production.
All preparatory works were completed on time: the construction of a field base, the mobilization of techniques and the provision of the subdivision with personnel.
The units of Irkutskgeofiziki of the geological expedition №2, the Angara-Lena geophysical expedition and Osinovskaya geophysical expedition perform geophysical surveys.
In the future, experts will be to carry out seismic, geoelectric, gravimetric and geochemical studies.
