Resources management: who will see to Rosneft and Gazprom

As the Forbes has found, the Deputy Energy Minister, Alexei Teksler could join the Boards of Directors of Rosneft and Gazprom to control their budget expenditures. He will replace Andrei Akimov or Andrei Bokarev in Rosneft.

During the meeting of the Federal Property Management Agency for the selection of professional directors of state companies, the Ministry of Energy has proposed to introduce its employees to Board of Directors of Rosneft, Gazprom, Rosneftegaz, Transneft and Zarubezhneft, the minutes of the meeting, published by the Federal Property Management Agency, report. Three federal officials reported to the Forbes that the First Deputy Energy Minister, Alexei Teksler might be nominated in Rosneft and Gazprom. The protocol doesn’t report who Teksler can replace in the Gazprom’s Board. But as for the Board of Rosneft, it was proposed to nominate him instead of chairman of the Gazprombank’s Board, Andrei Akimov or the president of Transmashholding, Andrei Bokareva.
