Igor Zyuzin, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Mechel", has conveyed the shares of "Methol", which owns 18.02% of the ordinary shares in "Mechel", to his immediate family - his wife and children.
According to "the Vedomosti" newspaper, now 33% of the "Methol" shares belong to Kirill and Ksenia Zyuzin - the children of the founder of the company. His wife - Irina - received 34% of the shares.
The effective share of Zyuzin thus decreased to 51.2% of "Mechel". Thus, if he wants to transfer more shares, he will be forced to negotiate with the creditors.
