Smart Energy buys 99.6% of Ukrgasvydobuvannya’s shares

 Smart Energy’s General Director A.Timofeev has reported about purchase of 99.6% of Ukrgasvydobuvannya’s shares.

Smart Energy is a part of V.Novisnky’s Smart holding company.

“As far as I know, this company solved all problem issues in London courts, we have an operational control over it. Today this deal is at its conclusion, all the obstacles are removed and we received the Antimonopoly Committee’s permission,” – A.Timofeev said.
