The Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of the Ukraine negotiates about oil refinery construction in the state, the Minister E. Stavitsky says. The details of the project will be brought into the public in December 2013. In the beginning of 2013, they are going to launch Lisichany oil refinery. Currently, oil refining in the Ukraine is performed by Kremenchug oil refinery controlled by Private Group, Odessa oil refinery by VETEK structure, and Shebelinsky gas refinery of VETEK as well. The sector is also placed by the imported oil products, and the leader is Belarus.
