Belarus is reducing export duties on oil and oil products, exported beyond the customs area of the Custom Union to the Russian level.
It is provided by the regulation of the Council of Ministers of the republic, according to which an export duty on crude oil goes down to $395.9 from 416.4 per a ton. The same duty is set on benzene, toluene, xylene, residual oil, lubricants, waste oils, petroleum ointment, hard wax and oil coke, except calcine, and oil bitumen.
