Bashneft has sold 832.08 thousand voting shares of its subsidiary Bashneft Investments S.A., the company reports.
Earlier the company reported that the Bashneft’s Board of Directors made a decision on participation of its 100% subsidiary Bashneft Investments S.A. in the Bashneft’s authorized capital.
