From October 1, Russia decreases export oil duty by 6.2%

According to the Ministry of Economic Development, from October 1, the export duty on oil in Russia decreased by $22.9 or by 6.2% to $344.7 per ton. In September, the export duty on crude oil was $367.6 per ton.

From October 1, the preferential rate of duty on oil from East Siberia, the Caspian fields and Prirazlomnoe one is $158.5 per ton as compared with the prior rate of $176 per ton.
