Budget revenues from oil MET may be 10 times more than revenues from gas MET

The Russian Ministry of Finance expects that in 2015 the budget revenues from the severance tax oil will be 10 times higher than the revenues from the severance tax on gas (3.979 trillion rubles against 381.214 billion rubles). This follows from the draft law on the federal budget for 2015 and the planned period of 2016-2017, submitted by the Government of the Russian State Duma.
