Putin signs the law about stimulation of hydrocarbon extraction at the shelf

The RF President Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law providing for tax and customs preferences for the extraction of hydrocarbons at the continental shelf.
The Law stipulates the measures of tax and customs-tariff stimulation of the organizations fulfilling the investment projects for the extraction of raw hydrocarbons at the sea deposits situated within the subsoil sectors in inner marine waters of the RF and/or territorial sea of the RF and/or continental shelf of the RF or Russian part (sector) of the bottom of the Caspian Sea.
