The courts have stopped the legal proceedings on the suits about pledging bankrupts of Mechel-Energo Ltd and Mechel Trans Vostok Ltd being the subsidiaries of Mechel, the base of the arbitration courts reports.
The arbitration court of the Chelyabinsk region has stopped the legal proceedings on the claim of RosPromSoyuz CJSC about the pledging bankrupt of Mechel-Energo Ltd, and the arbitration court of the Amur region has stopped the legal proceedings on the claim Center Sibtranscomplectation Ltd about pledging bankrupt of Mechel Trans Vostok Ltd. The legal proceedings are stopped due paying of the debts to the claimants.
