Rosneft closed the deal on purchase of oil service assets of Weatherford

Rosneft has purchases 8 companies for $500 mln. These assets make about a half of the total profit of Weatherford and make up about 1/3 of the company’s business in Venezuela.
Rosneft OJSC has closed the deal on the purchase of the assets of Weatherford International plc (Switzerland), is reported by Rosneft.
