Novatek not to consider the possibility of a reduction of dividend payment sanctions

Novatek doesn’t consider the variants of a reduction of dividend payment despite of the introduction of sanctions in the sector that concerns the company. The head of the company, L. Mikhelson, said at the telephone conference with investors.

Speaking about the dividend policy, we recently approved it at a more transparent level for all our shareholders and connected it with the IAS report – we direct 30% to dividends. We are not planning to change this dividend policy. I expected the question if we consider the variants of a reduction of dividend payments due to the sanctions. And as one of the major shareholders I want to say that we don’t consider such a negative option. The dividends will be paid according to the dividend policy, L. Mikhelson said.
