The EU restricts the exports of 30 kinds of products for the oil industry into Russia.

The EU imposed the regime of the preliminary approval of the contracts for the supply of technology and equipment for hydrocarbon exploration and production offshore, in the Arctic shelf and at the shale deposits, into Russia, the official journal of the EU informs.

The report emphasizes that it is not a total ban on such shipments, and they do not stop. But now such transactions must be approved by the authorized state bodies of the countries in which the exporting companies are registered.
