Gazprom to sell its non-core assets of about 9 billion RUR within three years

Gazprom is going to sell its non-core assets amountin to around 9 billion RUR within 3 years, is said in the report of the gas holding.
The program will last from the second half of 2013 to the first half of 2016. Particularly, Gazprom is going to sell 99.99% of Centrgaz Plc. (balance value – 807.07 million RUR), 51% of Spetsgazavtotrans SOJSC (0.5 million RUR), 49.62% of Gazprom avtomatizatsiya (0.77 million RUR) and 99.99% of Gazmash Plc. (1.881 billion RUR), RIA News reports.
