“Stavstal” rolling plant plans to recover feedstock production in 2016

The 2nd stage of the “Stavstal” metallurgical mini-plant should be constructed by mid 2016. A modern electric steel making shop will provide the enterprise with its own feedstock which is currently shipped from Tyumen. The project capacity of the electric steel making shop is 0.5 mln ton a year.
By the present time Stavstal has put into operation the first stage with the capacity of 0.35 mln tons o sort-rolled products a year. The period of realization of the 2nd stage was postponed due to the financial difficulties of investors. Now the enterprise is looking for creditors.
