Turkmenistan and Iran have discussed energy partnership

The results of the working visit of the Government delegation of Turkmenistan to Iran were discussed at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on June 30thth.
During the visit the issues of the traditional 2-party cooperation in the fuel and energy sector were discussed as well as the steps taken aimed for further modernization of the industrial infrastructure of the oil and gas sector.
It is reported the President of Turkmenistan G. Berdymukhamedov said at the meeting that one of the key aspects of the realized by Turkmenistan energy strategy is the development of the mutually beneficial international partnership at this important direction.
