The Ukraine increased steel output by 14% in January-May 2016

In January-May 2016 the Ukrainian ferrous metallurgical enterprises increased steel output by 14%, rolled products – by 16%, cast iron – by 21%, coke – 31% but reduced pipe output by 10%. In January-May 2016 the Ukrainian ferrous metallurgical enterprises increased steel output by 14% against January-May 2015 to 10 mln 548 thousand tons. In May steel production in the Ukraine made up 2.269 mln tons, by 69 thousand tons more than in April.
