Ministry of Energy considers it necessary to reduce oil supply to Belarus
The Ministry of Energy considers necessary to reduce the supply of the Russian oil to Belarus due to the non-execution of obligations by the supply of oil products to Russia, the Minister of Energy of Russia, A. Novak, said.
“The Government will decide. We think it is necessary to correct the supplies taking into account the non-execution of obligations by Belarus, it is stated in our agreement”, he said.
Belarus doesn’t execute in full its obligations by the supply of oil products to the Russian market due to the unfavorable environment with prices. The Vice Prime-Minister of Belarus, V. Semashko, said that according to the agreements, Belarus has the right not to ship oil products if the price for them is lower than the average in Europe.
