SOCAR constructs new gas pipelines in Eastern Georgia

SOCAR has constructed a new gas pipeline in Eastern Georgia. The facility was launched by Minister of Energy Kakha Kaladze and representatives of SOCAR Georgia in territory of Surami village in the Khashuri district.

The Energy Ministry of Georgia said that the gas infrastructure development in Surami had been completed. A medium pressure gas pipeline with length of 14.5 km is ready. As a result, 980 potential consumers got possibility to connect to the single gas network.
