Rosneft will additionally invest 4.2 billion rubles to Itera’s authorized capital

The Board of Directors of Rosneft has agreed the allocation of the additional investment of 4.194 billion rubles into Itera’s authorized capital. Besides from that, the Board decided to agree the execution by Rosneft of legal and other actions for the purchase of evaluating service for defining of the market value of the shares purchased and sold by Itera NGK for rewarding by 11,800 billion rubles.
At the beginning of July, Rosneft consolidated 100% of Itera, having bought out 49% from Itera Holdings Ltd for $2.9 billion. Rosneft closed the transaction for buying out of 51% in Itera in August 2012. Now the main task of the company is integration of Itera with the objects of Rosneft and Rospan.
