Rosnedra makes amendments in Bashneft’s license for development of Trebs and Titov field

Rosnedra has made some amendments and rectifications in Bashneft’s license for geological study, exploration and production of hydrocarbons at subsoil area, which includes the oil fields n.a. Trebs and Titov in the Nenets autonomous district, the company reports.

The new version of the license specifies that oil, which meets requirements of GOST R51858-2002 and belongs to owner of the license on the right of ownership in the volume of at least 42% of total volume of oil, extracted at the subsoil area by the license owner, must be processed.

The license also specifies that the capacities of processing units, which belong to the license owner and/or affiliated bodies of the license owner or its participants on the right of ownership, right of possession and/or right of use on a rental basis, are recognized as processing capacities that belong to the license owner.
