Payments for the burning of APG are up 2 fold in 2014

The Russian oil companies will have to reduce the burning of associated petroleum gas to 11.2 billion cubic meters this year.

The analysis of this index by the Central Dispatchg Department of the Fuel and Energy Sector last year was the following: 15.8 billion cubic meters of APG was burnt without beneficial use. But nevertheless the situation is improving compared to 2012. Gas recovery is going up due to a significant increase of payments for APG burning. The coefficient at calculation of payment for non-standard flaring of APG, exceeding 5% of the produced volume, makes up 12 since early 2013 and 25-from 2014.
