15 mln tons of oil processed at the Antipinsky oil refinery since 2006

There was produced the 15 millionth ton of oil at the “Antipinsk oil refinery” on March 31st. Oil processing at the plant started in 2006.

To date there have been realized the updating programs of the current and the construction of new production capacities, aimed at the switch to diesel fuel and Euro-5 compliant gasoline production, the increase of  the processing depth up to 94% and an increase of the industrial and ecological security. To date the current capacity makes up 7.74 million tons of oil a year.

The output of Euro-5 compliant diesel fuel is planned for late 2014. It will become possible owing to the putting into operation of diesel hydro-treater, hydrogen and an elementary sulfur generation unit with graining block. The construction of an integrated delayed tar oil coking unit with atmospheric residue vacuum distillation section will finish in Q4, 2015. It will increase the processing depth up to 94%. The construction of vacuum gas oil hydro cracker is planned in 2017-2018. There will also be built the second HGU and off-plant facilities.
