Top manager of Shtokman Development can become deputy Minister of Energy for oil and gas industry

A new deputy Minister of Energy for oil and gas industry will be appointed soon. The top manager of Shtokman Development, Kirill Molodsov and Lev Fedosyev from Novatek are the possible candidates.

The candidature of former vice-President of Shtokman Development for feasibility study and coordination of the second and the third phases Kirill Molodsov was submitted by the Ministry of Energy to the government. Ministry of Energy confirms that the order about appointment of a new deputy Minister is being considered and specifies that the final decision will become known in the beginning of this week. The representatives of Shtokman Development are unavailable.
