Oil export duty in Russia is $19.1 down to $401.5

The oil export duty in Russia from April 1st 2013 is reduced by $19.1 to 401.5/ton from $420.6/ton in March, the respective Government order was published on March 28th.

The preferential duty for oil of the eastern Siberia, Caspian deposits and Prirazlomny deposit from April 1st fell to $197.1/ton from $211.4/ton in March. The duty for super-viscous oil (10% of the oil duty) from April 1st is $40.1/ton while in March it was $42/ton.
