TNK-BP Uvat made $7.58 bln of net profit under IAS in 2012

On Thursday TNK-BP Uvat published the results of its activity for 2012 under IAS. The company’s revenue stayed at the 2011 level –a bit more than $60 bln, net profit fell 13% to $7.58 bln.

The company’s gross revenue in 2012 made up $60.45 bln, that corresponds to 2011 ($60.20 bln). The absence of the dynamics is explained by the company by the fact that the price rise for Urals by 1.1% was smoothed by the changes in the company’s sales structure: mainly the reduction of the sales volume of oil products and growth of crude oil sales in the domestic market.
