Russia and Belarus haven’t come to an agreement on oil supplies

On February 28, 2013, the negotiations between Belarus and Russia on balance of Russian oil deliveries to Belarus in 2013 took place in Moscow. The agreements have not been reached, the Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia Grigory Rapota told.
“As of today there is no balance,” – G,Rapota added.
