Gazprom and Rosneft to work hardly at the shelf

The Ministry of Natural Resources has a new suggestion how to develop the shelf of Russia more quickly. Rosneft and Gazprom will have to return the license to the Government if within 7 years of geological exploration they don’t discover the hydrocarbons reserves there. The 2nd variant – the companies will be prolonged the period of exploration for the additional fare but the requirements for the volume of works at this site will rise.
